WWE Royal Rumble 2021 Start Time, Winners and Predictions
The Royal Rumble is an annual event produced by the world’s biggest professional wrestling organization the WWE and will feature wrestlers from the RAW and SmackDown brands.
The event has featured some of the best and most prolific professional WWE wrestlers in history.
It has been nearly a year since the Royal Rumble 2020, so lets start getting prepared for the 2021 Royal Rumble with start times, predictions and odds.
Royal Rumble Start Time (2021)
The WWE Royal Rumble is held annually in January, and has been since 1988. The event has become so popular that the WWE has included it in their “big four” pay-per-view events.
In order to win the WWE Royal Rumble, the (often) 30 wrestlers must toss their opponents over the rope and out of the ring with both feet on the floor. The last wrestler in the ring will be named the Royal Rumble winner.
We now have news of the 34th edition of the event, which will be here in approximately one month. The 2021 Royal Rumble start time is slated for Sunday evening, January 31st.
The kick off show will begin at 6:00 PM with the main Royal Rumble start time set at 7:00 PM.
Viewers of the event can tune into WWE Network to stream the event live. The 2021 Royal Rumble will be held at Tropicana Field in Tampa Bay, Florida.
Updated 2021 Royal Rumble Card
We are still patiently awaiting the full list of 30 participants who will eventually compete in each of the mens and women's 2021 Royal Rumble competitions.
We do know that the Royal Rumble card will likely feature some of the biggest names in wrestling.
The first name to be added to the 2021 Royal Rumble card was SmackDown star Daniel Bryan, who declared his spot in the event in late December. So far, we have two names on both the mens and women's Royal Rumble card for 2021.
Men's Royal Rumble: Daniel Bryan, Bobby Lashley
Women's Royal Rumble: Nia Jax, Shayna Baszler
Bobby Lashley and Nia Jax were the first stars under the RAW brand to announce their role in the upcoming event following an episode of Monday Night RAW.
Fellow RAW star Shayna Baszler announced shortly afterwards.
More names could be added to the list after New Years Day's SmackDown.

WWE Royal Rumble Predictions 2021
We have already had one wrestler declare themselves as participant for the 2021 Royal Rumble, with Daniel Bryan being the first to announce. Even though the other participants have yet to announce themselves, we can assume a number of names due to regular appearances on Raw and SmackDown.
There will once again be a mens and women’s edition of the event, with 30 different wrestlers expected to fill out both fields. In the next few weeks, we will start to see more and more names added to the field.
Every new competition has the potential to make someone a household name or to bring glory to a new Royal Rumble winner.
Will Drew McIntyre or Charlotte Flair repeat to be a winner of the Royal Rumble for the second time in a row? Will we have an entirely new champion? The answers are up in the air at this point but we will give it a shot anyway.
Let's go through our early Royal Rumble predictions for both events and see how we do.
Men's 2021 Royal Rumble Predictions
|Winner - Seth Rollins|
Rollins wrestles under the SmackDown brand and is highly anticipated to participate in the 2021 Royal Rumble. The wrestler should be a favorite, as he was the 2019 Royal Rumble winner just two years ago.
Real name Colby Lopez, the Iowa native has accrued numerous awards over his career including the ROH World Championship, 29th Triple Crown Champion and was the 2015 Superstar of the Year.
Rollins will be a force to be reckoned with in 2021 and tops our Royal Rumble predictions.
Top Competition: Edge, Kieth Lee, The Rock, Drew McIntyre
Women's 2021 Royal Rumble Predictions
|Winner - Charlotte Flair|
We are taking another recent Royal Rumble winner in our predictions, as Charlotte Flair is the current women’s champion. Flair wrestles under the RAW brand and has also amassed numerous awards over her career.
The North Carolina wrestler is currently unstoppable in 2020 having won the Women's Triple Crown Champion, Women's Grand Slam Champion and was last year’s Royal Rumble winner.
We expect her to be one of the dominant forces at the 2021 Royal Rumble.
Top Competition: Rhonda Rousey, Alexa Bliss, Bianca Belair
2021 Royal Rumble Odds
Since we do not yet know the participants of this year’s competition, it would make sense that sportsbooks have not yet released their 2021 Royal Rumble odds. However, names should be coming out of the fray within the coming weeks, meaning odds will be dropped rather soon.
Not all sportsbooks will have Royal Rumble odds on their site, which can make things difficult. A generally good plan, is to check out which USA sportsbooks carry the most lines and different sporting competitions.
The biggest sportsbooks will have the best chances of having odds for the Royal Rumble on the site.
