On the Unibet Sportsbook, we were able to find margin averages for games in all of the top leagues and sports offered on Unibet.

From the seemingly endless number of options on to choose from in the soccer section, we were able to focus on five different leagues. The total average margin for soccer was 6.492, placing the sport into the normal category.
The average margin for the MLS was at 7.616, while for top leagues like the English Premier League and Calcio A was 5.493. For average leagues including the Dutch Eredivisie and the Swedish Allsvenskan the margin was at 6.367.
The markets looked at were the result and the over/under for the total number of goals scored. The markets from individual games ranged from 5.01 up to 7.79.
We looked at two major tennis competitions to find the average margins offered for the sport. The total average was 7.101, which places the sport in the bad category.
For the ITF Cancun Women, the margin average was 6.464 and for the ITF Mens Heraklion 7.738. The market used for both leagues was the result. The individual matchups ranged from 6.18 up to 7.975.
Here we looked at games from the NHL. The total average margin for this league and sport was 4.879. This is a very nice margin and would be placed in the good category.
Many different leagues were available for the sport of basketball on Unibet. We were able to look at three of the top leagues and found the total margin average for the sport to be 5.315, placing the number right near the top of the normal category.
The average margin in the NBA was 4.619, while for the NCAAM the average was noticeably higher at 6.463. Finally, for the EuroLeague, the average margin came out to 4.862.
Both the result and over/under total points markets were used. The individual games had margin averages ranging from 4.553 up to 6.707.
